American Sprint Legend Shares Why Kenny Bednarek Will Challenge Letsile Tebogo Noah Lyles For 200m Supremacy

American sprint legend shares why Kenny Bednarek will challenge Letsile Tebogo & Noah Lyles for 200m supremacy

Carl Lewis says young American star Bednarek has the tools to take on the world's best.

Kenny Bednarek is one of the most exciting young sprinters in the world. The 23-year-old American has already run sub-10 seconds for the 100 meters and sub-20 seconds for the 200 meters. Bednarek is also a two-time NCAA champion in the 200 meters and is the American record holder in the 4x100 meter relay.

Bednarek's time of 19.68 seconds for the 200 meters is the fastest in the world this year.

Lewis is a nine-time Olympic gold medalist and is considered one of the greatest sprinters of all time. Lewis believes that Bednarek has the potential to be a world champion.

“He's got a lot of talent,” Lewis said. “He's got great speed, and he's got a good technique. He's still young, but he's already one of the best sprinters in the world.”

Lewis believes that Bednarek can challenge the world's best sprinters, including Noah Lyles and Letsile Tebogo.

Lyles is the current world champion in the 200 meters and is one of the fastest men in the world. Tebogo is a 19-year-old from Botswana who has run sub-20 seconds for the 200 meters. Tebogo is considered one of the rising stars in the sprinting world.

Lewis believes that Bednarek has the potential to beat Lyles and Tebogo.

“He's got the talent,” Lewis said. “He's got the speed. And he's got the mentality. I think he can be a world champion.”

Only time will tell if Bednarek can reach his full potential and become one of the world's best sprinters. But one thing is for sure: he has the talent and the potential to do great things.
